JOANNE

Joanne provides personalized counselling with therapeutic interventions to help clients navigate life challenges and improve their mental health. Her approach as a counsellor:
-Compassionate listener who allow clients to speak openly and vulnerably and gain insights into their own emotions.
-Help clients commit to meaningful change by setting goals together in therapy sessions and work towards achieving goals.
-Empower clients to explore and learn new coping mechanisms, set healthy boundaries, and develop positive habits

Joanne is an advocate of strengths-based counselling to empower her clients to uncover their own inner strength to overcome adversities and changes. She utilizes an integrated counselling approach, integrating REBT and Gestalt therapy, as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
