ABOUT

IZZATI

Izzati’s approach to psychotherapy is always to provide a safe and non-judgemental space for her clients to explore and share their emotions and thoughts that have created difficulties in their lives. She also believes those who seek out for help related to mental health issues are not weak, but rather they are very strong to be able to take the first step to help themselves out. Her psychotherapy approach is mainly based on clients' suitability (i.e., Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
