INDIVIDUAL

Individual counselling is a one-to-one collaborative process between a client and counsellor to work together in a safe and confidential environment to explore personal issues. We assist clients in addressing and overcoming issues that cause distress, such as Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Relationship issues, Life transition (retirement, critical illness, disability), Grief, Sexuality, Self-acceptance, and etc.

CHILD
(12 Y/O & BELOW)
90 Minutes / Session
Children experience a wide range of emotions and challenges as they grow, and it’s normal for them to need extra support from time to time. In Child Therapy, we provide a safe and supportive space for children to express themselves, explore their feelings, and develop healthy ways to cope with life’s challenges. Parents or guardians are involved in the process from time to time to support understanding, communication, and positive change at home and in daily life.

COUPLE / MARRIAGE
90 Minutes / Session
We helps couples - married or not - understand and resolve conflicts and improve their relationship, to communicate better, negotiate differences, solve problem and even argue in a healthier way. Common issue for couples includes affairs and infidelity, unsolvable problems, sex and intimacy issues, financial problem, negative and poor communication, in-laws conflicts, parenting style and etc.

TEENAGER
(13-17 Y/O)
60 Minutes / Session
Adolescence can be a challenging time filled with change and new experiences. Teen Counselling provides a safe space for young people to talk about their feelings, build coping skills, and find support with issues such as stress, anxiety, low mood, relationships, or school challenges. Parents or guardians may be involved at times to support progress and understanding.

FAMILY
90 Minutes / Session
Families go through lots of changes throughout our lives and, because of this, it’s normal to have problems with your family life from time to time. In Family counselling, we bring together members of a family to work through situation or relationship issues. Concerns may include changes in family relationships, divorce, conflict, lost of family member, health issues, addiction or other.

PSYCHOLOGICAL ASSSESSMENT
Duration: Varies
A psychological assessment helps to understand a person’s thinking, emotions, and behaviour. It may be recommended to explore learning, attention, emotional, or behavioural concerns, or to clarify a diagnosis.
Assessments include interviews, questionnaires, and standardised tests tailored to individual needs. Duration varies depending on the type of assessment. A detailed report and feedback session are provided to guide next steps.
