Cancellation Policy

ADVANCE PAYMENT: Advance payment of the session fee is required to secure and confirm an appointment. Booking will be cancelled if no payment received within 24 hours from the time of booking. Please note that our appointment slot is confirmed on first come first serve basis. ​CANCELLATION POLICY: Once your appointment is confirmed, a minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for reschedule and/or cancellation; otherwise the full session fee will be charged and payable by you. NO-SHOW POLICY: No-show or late arrival more than 20 minutes from the scheduled time will forfeit the session fee paid.
