This workshop is designed to help you take care of yourself and your loved ones mentally and physically

  • You will learn to understand your personality characteristics better using the Big Five personality model.

  • You will be guided by a licensed and registered counsellor

  • Takeaways from this workshop include ways to improve your personal wellbeing and practical tips to enhance goal-seeking behaviour


What to Expect?

  1. Participants will explore their own personalities and understand how their personalities influence their decisions and wellbeing (Knowing yourself and what suits you)

  2. Participants will learn to use the PERMA model to focus on building Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning and Achievements (Practical ways to lead a happy life)

  3. Participants will develop their own self-improvement plan focusing on their own measurable goals, deriving from intrinsic motivational factors (Be motivated from within)

  4. Participants will leave with practical tools that can lead to long term and lasting positive changes when practiced consistently (Equipping your mental health toolbox)


Trainer Details:

John Pinto is a registered and licensed counsellor who specializes in the application of the Big 5 personality model and positive psychology tools in counselling interventions and personal performance improvement. He uses a psychoanalytical framework integrated with behaviour-based and solution focused interventions, to create personality centred interventions, that build upon natural tendencies and strengths of individuals.


John has been featured in a number of public interviews revolving around the subject of mental health, and actively promotes increased accessibility to mental health services nationwide.
